F.A.Q.
Most services are completed within 24hrs. Some Video service and Schematic Floor Plans, may take upto 48hrs.
PREPARING THE HOME FOR PHOTOS / VIDEOS MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
• Firstly; tidy up whole house. vacuum carpet, mop hard floors, clean countertops, clean windows.
• Replace all burned-out light bulbs.
• Turn OFF all TVs and monitors.
• Open curtains and blinds to allow the natural light in.
• Remove personal photographs or replace with general photos.
• Remove all other personal items.
• Keep countertops clear from unnecessary items. (no knife blocks, baking supplies, mail, etc.)
• Empty the sink of any dishes.
• Remove personal items from the refrigerator door. (stickers, photos, papers, magnets, etc.)
• Make sure all the beds are made.
• Clean under the beds.
• Straighten all chairs and cushions.
• Remove kid’s and pet’s toys.
• Don’t park cars in the driveway.
• Remove water hoses, basketball goals, toys, etc.
• Outdoor cushions and Pillows should look fresh.
• Clean pool.
• Remove trash bins.
• Close garage doors.
It is generally best if the homeowners are NOT home in order to have less distractions, but they are welcome ot stay if they wish.
After the job is completed, we will provide you with an invoice. The invoice can paid by E-Transfer or by PayPal.
YES. However, the owners must be aware that I will be coming over to photograph and I must have it in writing. (Text or email copy from the homeowner)
You can see the availablity on the “Booking” page, but usually as earliy as 24hrs if available.
There are no additional fee or travel fees int the GTA. Travels fee may occor if properies are outside of the GTA. You will be notified of any such fees before the shoot begins.
